The Ontario Municipal Board released a decision last week that ruled in favour of the Hamilton Halton Home Builders’ Association’s (HHHBA) appeal of the 2012 Halton DC By-law No. 48-12. In fact, the OMB ruled in favour of HHHBA’s position on two issues appealed.
