New homes offer the freedom to choose

It’s a popular question for anyone working in the new homes industry: what it is about new homes and condominiums that stands out and above their resale counterparts. While there are a number of reasons to pick from, the underlying factor would have to be the freedom of choice.

Your home deserves a pro

Home renovation is an important part of the GTA’s economic cycle, and with the affordability of new homes in a considerable decline, some people have chosen to renovate in order to improve their living space.

New home sales continue to slide in June

Greater Toronto, July 18, 2013 – The GTA’s low-rise sector saw a brief rise in new home sales, but the momentum was not enough to resurge the market in June, the Building Industry and Land Development Association announced today.

A dynamic history of doing good

What we love most about our industry is its commitment to making the GTA a stronger and more vibrant place to live. We’re not just talking about building quality, complete communities across the region, but rather its dedication to giving back to communities through volunteerism, philanthropy and sponsorship.
